Just finished eating dinner and boy was it good. I introduced my fellow coworker to some good ole dominican cooking. I made some mashed plantains (that just doesn’t sound right in English) with fried salami (that either). I guess he enjoyed it since he ate it all. I only cooked it because his wife wasn’t here. I’m not sure if she would have like it or not. She is just as picky as I am (nobody is as picky as I am) when it comes to food. I will introduce him to a few other ways of eating plantains as the weeks go by. Check out this site if you have no idea what I’m talking about. Well off I go to do some homework.
