Three days ago my wife purchase some signs and officially put our house up for sale. We decided to sell the house ourselves and reap some of the benefits of owning a house. We talked to realtors but they would have ended up keeping all the money we would have made.

In only three days we have had several people inquire about the house and today we have had three visits (four but one hasn’t showed up yet). Things look very good for us. One couple was really interested in buying the house and even agreed on only a grand lower than our asking price, thats a 10 grand profit, or whatever you call it, that we would make on the house. If things go well we might just sell the house by mid to end of September and make more than we expected. Personally I just want to get rid of the house and the headache but I won’t say no to 10 grand. Either way below is a picture of the front of our house when we first purchased it. It’s a bit different now but not by much.
